Executive / Non-Executive Entry Level

IT HELPDESK TEAM LEAD

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help
  • Ask questions to determine nature of problem
  • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software
  • Install computer peripherals for users
  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved
  • Prepare reports and other documentation as required
  • Managing helpdesk team operation
  • Handle escalation from team member or customer
  • Conduct daily operation meeting
  • Act as contact point between customer and team members

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a SPM /Certificate /Diploma in IT /Computer Science
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the related field
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in team
  • Working days & Hours: Mon-Fri; Normal Office Hours
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Flexible on working overtime
  • Candidate with Team Lead or Supervisory skills/ experience will be added advantage

 

 

IT TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities

  • Perform site survey based on customer request
  • Project coordinates
  • Projector installation, CCTV system installation, Door Access system installation
  • Basic PC, notebook & equipment troubleshooting

Requirements

  • Experience & knowledge in projector installation and termination
  • Experience & knowledge in CCTV system setup, installation and termination
  • Working Independence
  • Car driver license at least 2 year, will be great if have GDL as well

 

 

SENIOR IT SALES EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • To manage and handle existing and new customers
  • To prepare sales proposals and price quotations to Customers
  • To measure timely onwards quotations transmission and to follow up until deals closed
  • To explore and develop new business and to achieve sales quotas as set
  • To manage sales prospects towards achievement of sales target
  • To perform and conduct presentation on company's products and services
  • To follow up closely with customers to ensure prompt delivery and payment received on time
  • To responsible for small, medium or large corporate accounts
  • To develop close working relationship with customers

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in IT, Business or Marketing Disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Experiences in other related industries are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge in IT industry trend is preferable
  • Must be able to work and to communicate with all levels of Senior & Operational Management
  • Proficient in English communication both verbal and written. Mandarin & local dialects will be added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel
  • Basic Salary Range 2.5K & 5K depends on qualification and experience

 

SOFTWARE ENGINEER

Responsibilities

  • Participate in application design, development, enhancements and implementation of system solutions
  • Perform system integration testing; conduct user acceptance testing and documentation of system application
  • Assist in technical feasibility study, evaluate and analyze user requirements, and recommend solutions
  • Applications support
  • Provide post production support
  • Provide onsite implementation support
  • Maintain existing systems/business applications including troubleshooting and bug fixing
  • Ensures all calls and issues are logged, escalated and resolved within specified timeframe(Committed SLA)

Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem solving skills and able to work independently
  • Strong determination, able to take pressure and work well in a fast pace environment
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

SENIOR RECRUITMENT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute company-wide manpower recruitment plans
  • Work with Hiring Manager on recruitment requirement planning
  • Conduct regular follow up with managers to determine the effectiveness in recruitment plans and implementation
  • Actively utilize the internet avenues for recruitment activities
  • Coordinate and implement university & college recruiting initiatives
  • Develop networking within universities & colleges to aid in recruitment
  • Give presentations at universities & colleges, attend student group meetings to increase university & college awareness of the company
  • Organize and attend Career Fairs for recruiting and company recognition
  • Other roles and responsibilities as required

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources/Business Management or equivalent
  • 2 years above in manpower recruitment related experience
  • Extrovert personality, excellent communication skills & willing to travel
  • Experience in IT and or outsourcing business an added advantage
